Repeat Row 2, but the only section that changes is the filet crochet section in the center, according to the graph below Row 1: (crochet this row at the same time as the chain with the chainless foundation row) 50 sc stitches, place a marker in the last st worked, crochet the 3DC Filet Crochet Graph Pattern below until the last 50 sts, and place a marker in this st, crochet 50 sc sts, turn. Once done, sew the arm sleeves (the 50 stitches on each side) first and last row together using the mattress stitch. I LOVE These Susan Bates Hooks with a polymer clay handle! MAKE SURE to crochet a CHAINLESS FOUNDATION ROW (combines row 1 and the chain) to make sure the first and last row stretch the same way for the wrapping. For this pattern the hook size is not terribly important. If you prefer your stitches be a bit smaller feel free to use a smaller hook – but be aware, as the hook gets smaller the stitches will too, making them more difficult to see. This pattern may have the word scarf in it, but I personally will use it more like a shawl, wrapped around me to keep me warm and cozy, yet stylish and fun.
